Goodbye 2014 and wish you a very Happy and prosperous new year 2015

2014 has been a wonderful year and special year in my career as engineer and an economist. In 2014, I accepted my permanent residency for United States of America. No later did I become permanent resident that I wanted to give full time efforts into authoring my first book to make it a blueprint for U.S. economic revival. I believe this book will also guide the progress of global semiconductor industry. Today, I have changed the thinking process of countless semiconductor industry professionals with my blogs about macroeconomics of Moore’s law. With some common sense reforms in US economy, I believe that a bright future can be carved out for all industry professionals.

When majority of semiconductor professionals had been blogging about the demise of Moore’s law which has so far helped guide investments for technological progress and progress of US economy, I have made an effort to change this thought process and show a free market solution to progress of my beloved industry. I am very glad that I do not see any more blogs about demise of Moore’s law because of economics. There is a way ahead for all and only when all industry professionals become true stake holders for the success of this eco-system can there be a broader prosperity for all. This is only feasible way forward to progress the Moore’s law and to continue our technological progress.

While my first book “Mass Capitalism : A Blueprint for Economic Revival” has been appreciated widely by not only semiconductor industry professionals but also macroeconomists across the world. It is a great feeling when hard work begins to get appreciated. The biggest problem for our industry and for broader economy in every country having a democratic system still remains the problem of Political Corruption. I have been able to put forth some reforms in my book to address this problem of Political corruption. When Political corruption disappears, the free markets that would usher would lead to a bright future of entire humanity.

As the year comes to a close, I wanted to thank all semiconductor professionals who read my blogs regularly, appreciated them and have given me a recognition in this industry. If my blogs are well read and ideas are spreading with a good hit rate on www.ApekMulay.com , the credit goes to my followers and I am deeply indebted to them. A sincere thank you to all my followers. I was delighted to be read the following message from editor-in-chief of EBN for my contributions.

Hi Apek,

I hope you have a great holiday time—and I look forward to working together in 2015.
Best,
Hailey

Well, I never expected to become a popular industry blogger but I do have some unique ideas being able to take concepts of macroeconomics and use them for prosperity of semiconductor industry. Writing my book was just one thing and bigger task lies ahead to be able to make these ideas fruitful. I am on that mission and I am trying my level best that I am able to offer these ideas to policy makers in my home country INDIA and to help INDIA establish a wonderful semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem which ushers in a free market balanced economy. Any country which adopts these ideas presented in my book, will lead the world in technological progress and innovation in semiconductor industry. I can place my credentials on line any day while in making this statement. The only thing that motivates me in this effort is the fact that – Moore’s law has continued to provide benefits to many across the world who would perhaps never appreciate Gordon Moore’s important contributions to the their lives. Similarly, a day is sure to arrive when the global semiconductor industry will also appreciate ideas presented in “Mass Capitalism: A Blueprint for Economic Revival“, for helping this industry overcome its economic barriers and continue benefiting all with the unmeasured economic impact of Moore’s law. I also am authoring my second book “Sustaining Moore’s Law: Uncertainty Leading to A Certainty” with Morgan and Clayton to provide macroeconomic solutions for sustainable ecosystem for success of Internet of Things (IoT) sector.

I would like to wish you a very prosperous new year 2015 and I am aware that 2015 will be an interesting year for Global Economy. As a macroeconomist, I already see the market turbulence ahead and coming demise of crony capitalism by end of 2015. However, I foresee a very bright future for entire global economy when ideas from Mass Capitalism would offer a way forward for shaping up new economy to come out impending global depression caused by crony capitalism.

I end this post with a Sanskrit verse from ancient Indian literatures …..

Sarve Bhavatu Sukhina
Sarve Santu Niramaya
Sarve Bhadrani Pashyantu
Ma Kaschit Dukhabhagbhaved

means ….
let all be happy,
let all be healthy,
let all be safe,
let the sorrow not come in the life of anyone
.

Wish you all a Happy New year 2015
